Booking Confirmation: Once you’ve made your booking, you’ll be sent a booking confirmation. It’s important to double-check all the information in the confirmation because it’s a form of confirmation for your travel date and time. The information you provide should correspond to the dates and time you entered on your booking form. Any reservation made by the passenger will not be accepted until and unless it’s confirmed in writing via email, phone, or other means by an authorised member of the GS Executive Transfers team.

Cancellations and Amendments: If you require us to amend or cancel your booking, you must give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you fail to give us enough notice, you may not be eligible for a refund. To cancel or amend your booking, please contact us directly on our phone 01793272521.

Flight Delays and Missed Connections: GS Executive Transfers cannot be held responsible for missed flights or connections due to delays or circumstances beyond our control. We advise allowing sufficient time for your journey and recommend contacting us for advice on journey times if you are unsure.

Waiting Time Policy: If your pickup location is anywhere other than an airport, we provide a 20-minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time before we begin charging waiting time. Waiting time will be charged at a rate of £20 per hour in 15-minute increments from the scheduled pickup time.
For airport transportation, we allow 1 hour and 20 minutes after the flight lands before starting the loading waiting period.

Unsociable Hours Surcharge: For collections between the hours of 11 pm and 4 am, we will add a £20 unsociable hours surcharge. This surcharge applies to flights scheduled to land at or after 22:30, as it is unlikely customers will be with their drivers before 23:00. No additional charges will be applied if your flight is scheduled to land earlier but then lands at or after 22:30.

Soilage Charge: On the occasion that a traveler spews or spoils the vehicle in any way such as vomiting, GS Executive Transfers will charge an expense of £100. This charge covers the loss of earnings and a full inside valet of the vehicle. It is critical to note that running off without paying the charge is a criminal offense when somebody has been sick in a Private Hire Vehicle.

Public holidays: Reservations made for service on the following dates will be subject to an additional surcharge of 50% on published prices: 24th,26th,31st, December & 1st January. An additional surcharge of 100% on published prices will be applied for 25th December.
